Tier Lock Software does not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credits under any circumstances,

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Tier Lock products include immediately accessible digital software, licensing files, proprietary logic, and technical intellectual property that cannot be returned once delivered. For this reason, all purchases are considered final upon completion.
We provide trial versions, documentation, and detailed product descriptions so customers can evaluate compatibility and suitability before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Software Licenses
All Tier Lock software products are delivered electronically and are licensed for use on a per-machine or per-account basis.
- Software licenses become active immediately upon issuance
- Licenses may be machine-locked or account-bound
- Access to the software constitutes delivery
Once a license key or activation file has been generated or delivered, the product is considered used and is therefore non-refundable.
Trial Versions
Where available, trial versions are provided so customers can:
- Confirm platform compatibility (e.g., NinjaTrader)
- Evaluate performance and workflow
- Determine whether the product meets their needs
The availability of a trial eliminates the need for refunds after purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
